1. Why should I come to Guetersloh?
To live the Tabler-Spirit. Also - did you know that the "Eurmeeting" was actually invented by the Tablers of RT 73 some decades ago? So you should come to the origin and see where it all started, experience international Tabling and get to know RT 73 and the other '73 tables from across Europe. Don't make the mistake of underestimating Guetersloh. Visit this highly active region which is known for its "hidden champions" - highly profitable industries nobody knows (well, people do know Bertelsmann and Miele...)
2. What will it cost me?
We have tried hard to compile a programm for you which is inexpensive but also interesting. To cover food, drinks and events we need to charge you € 250,00 per Tabler and € 220,00 for each company. For this fee you'll also get a free poloshirt which you can bring home to prove you've made it to Guetersloh - that's more than most people in the world achieved! For those of you who already got one in Sweden - come and own it!
3. How do I get to Guetersloh?
Guetersloh is very well connected so there are different ways to get here. The best way depends on where you come from. You can fly into Paderborn-Lippstadt Airport, which is just 45 min away from Guetersloh. You can also fly into Dortmund (1 1/4 hour train), Hannover (1 1/4 hour train) or even Duesseldorf (2 hour train).
Also you can take the train to Guetersloh directly or Bielefeld and hop on a taxi there. Bielefeld is just 16 km away from Guetersloh.
If you bring your car - Guetersloh is very close to the A 2, one of Germany's most important and well connected motorways.
4. If I wanted to extend my stay in Germany - where should I go?
We recommend to you Castle Neuschwanstein, Munich Hofbräuhaus, etc. JUST KIDDING. You can visit the beautiful old town of Muenster (just one hour away) or take a trip down the Rhine River to Duesseldorf and Cologne. Also interesting is the Ruhr-Area with its industrial art in Essen or the mining museum in Bochum. If you need further info, please contact us, we'll be happy to give you more info.
