Euromeeting's Coming Home - Welcome to the Euromeeting 2009 in Gütersloh

Dear Friends and Fellows,

as this year's president of Round Table 73 in Germany let me welcome you to the Euromeeting 2009 in Gütersloh.

From 29 May 2009 to 31 May 2009 we will host you and your friends in Gütersloh and use the oportunity to present to you our town, the individuals from Round Table 73 Gütersloh and our service work which was awarded with last year's "Table of the Year - Germany" award. Last but not least we have made sure that there will be plenty of time to chat and enjoy ourselves.

We hope that many of you will attend. If you have any questions regarding the Euromeeting please send us an e-mail or contact us in any other way. We assure you - once you've come here you'll know why the Euromeeting was invented by RT 73 in the first place.

What is the Euromeeting?

Every year all Table No. 73 in Europe meet somewhere in Europe for one weekend of pure tabeling. In 2009 RT 73 Guetersloh / Germany hosts the Euromeeting for a second time after 2002. The hosting table puts together a program which allows the other tablers from other countries to get to know the country, the city and the members of the hosting table. The Euromeeting was invented by Tablers from Guetersloh in 2002 so it's fair to say: Euromeeting's coming home!

Was ist das Euromeeting?

Jedes Jahr treffen sich die Tische mit der Nummer 73 aus allen Ländern Europas für ein Wochenende voll aktivem Table-Leben. Im Jahre 2009 wird der RT 73 Gütersloh zum zweiten Mal nach 2002 das Euromeeting. Der gastgebende Tisch stellt ein Programm zusammen, das den anderen Tablern aus den anderen Ländern ermöglicht, das Land, die Stadt und die Mitglieder des gastgebenden Tisches kennen zu lernen. Das Euromeeting wurde von ehemaligen Tablern in Guetersloh erfunden, daher kann man durchaus sagen: Euromeeting's coming home!
